A review of your timesheets reveals that between 8-13-97 and today, you have been late to work in excess of fifty times. This behavior is unacceptable. Therefore, you are being placed on a Decision Making Leave—one day suspension without pay. During this suspension, you need to make a final decision: whether or not you wish to continue your employment with this company. if you choose to remain with this company, you need to make a total commitment to arriving to work at your scheduled time and understand that any further unexcused tardiness or attendance occurrences between now and July 1, 1998 will result in termination of your employment with this company.
